The Green Shark media team have been teaching Digital Media & Animation for 15 years to thousands of learners at a range of schools and colleges. We now deliver targeted, up-to-date, local knowledge to prepare for employment in the digital and creative sectors in the South Coast.

They have helped thousands of young creative people as they encounter the jobs market for the first time or prepare for higher education degrees, and have always stressed the importance of work-readiness and the importance of realistic and focussed expectations for accessing entry-level roles or getting freelance creative work.
​
They deliver focussed employability training for those who need help with getting meaningful work experience in the creative sector. Their course has had direct input from a range of professional videographers, designers, marketing experts and web developers to ensure that the content is relevant.
​
Everyone who completes their training course will leave with a professional portfolio / showreel to show future employers, with evidence of marketing and promotional content created through a series of digital micro-volunteering experiences. There will be opportunities to meet guest visitors from the industry and gain access to exclusive video insights from professionals sharing useful local tips to help get noticed in a crowded job market.

Andie England
Founder & CEO
Andie has extensive experience teaching digital media across a range of secondary and further education settings. She specialises in video production, editing, and marketing.
Her passion lies in helping learners build confidence and develop the skills necessary to succeed in the dynamic world of creative media. She is dedicated to supporting learners as they progress in their chosen fields, empowering them to reach their full potential and thrive in the ever-evolving digital media landscape.
Ollie England
Creative Director (Designated Safeguarding Lead)
Ollie has spent a decade helping young people develop animation and design skills to get top grades on A level and vocational courses.​
​
He loves bringing information to life in fun and engaging explainer videos and web graphics and has spent years making links with the digital and creative industries across Bournemouth and Dorset to keep up to date in visual design.​
